Yipee...i passed my FA & POE...out of 10 modules cleared 4 :)
I get a C for my POE...it may not be a good result but at least a pass 'm happy enough...still looking forward a A in my result...but tink it quite hard lah...studying is not my cup of tea...but manage to push myself to get a pass...jiayou for the remaining 6 more...although i dun understand marketing =_= jus get result and see the date we are going to finish our lesson and again exam. tat fast
tis month we can get to know how much bonus we will be getting in July...so excited!!! but dun tink tis year will be more than last year...seriously in need of money now...a good bonus plssss...btw below is the comment that my partner give. isit a good comment?? :)
Performance Against Scorecard Goals
Kia Ling has met her annual goals and has been diligent in the updating of various web-accessed resources that is used on almost a daily basis by several user-groups with the firm. She has also been quite persistent I have noticed in keeping track of vendors especially when updates for certain publications have not been received. She has chased them to ensure receipt of updates and even held back payment until they satisfied the terms of the supply contract.She has also actively taken initiative in organising periodic training for users by liaising with information database vendors.
Development Needs/Plan
Kia Ling needs some assistance with becoming more confident in communicating with users and as the demand for value-added research services grows, helping her with language skills would be essential in my view.She could also be recommended for any short course , if offered under EYU, on client service and on negotiating with external vendors, as using the right language is critical for her to perform her job even better than what she does now .
