i was browsing Cruz Teng's blog [since donkey of years i browse thru tis site] and scroll down saw a NDP09 e-balloting...SO HAPPY!!! every year i trying to apply and hoping to get the ticket...once i click and go in i so sad to see the following :
E-balloting for NDP'09 tickets have closed. More than 350,000 Singapore citizens and permanent residents had applied for the NDP'09 tickets.
KAOZ!!! CLOSED??? Since when it start balloting...y didnt i know it??nv even heard a single soul saying abt it...SADDEN lah...any kind soul to gif me 2 tickets...lol =x
